Passive Income 2.0: The Avatar Agency Marketplace Goes Live
Train a digital twin of yourself. License it to brands for commercials. Earn royalties while you sleep. The future of modelling is here.
The Avatar Agency Marketplace Is Live
The Avatar Agency Marketplace is open. Here is what it is, how the economics work, and how to list your digital twin.
What the Avatar Agency Marketplace Is
The Avatar Agency Marketplace is a licensing platform where creators list their digital avatar — a trained AI model of their likeness, voice, and movement style — for brands to book for commercial use.
A brand wants a spokesperson for a product campaign. Instead of booking a human model (day rate: $500–$5,000+), they book a licensed digital avatar from the Marketplace. The creator earns a royalty. The brand produces content at scale without scheduling, travel, or reshooting.
The creator works once — the training session. Every booking after that is passive income.
The Economics
| Usage type | Brand cost | Creator royalty | VeyoLabs fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social media post (single) | $150 – $400 | 65% of brand cost | 35% |
| Social media campaign (30 days) | $800 – $2,500 | 65% | 35% |
| Television commercial (regional) | $3,000 – $8,000 | 65% | 35% |
| Television commercial (national) | $8,000 – $25,000 | 65% | 35% |
| Product catalogue (6 months) | $2,000 – $6,000 | 65% | 35% |
| Long-term brand partnership (12 months) | $15,000 – $50,000 | 65% | 35% |
Creator royalty is 65% of all bookings. VeyoLabs takes 35% to cover marketplace operations, legal infrastructure, and brand fulfilment.
What You Control
Every listing includes a detailed permission matrix. You decide:
- Product categories — which industries can book your avatar (e.g., fashion, tech, food; exclude alcohol, gambling, adult)
- Geographic restrictions — which territories can use your avatar
- Exclusivity — non-exclusive (multiple brands can book simultaneously) or exclusive per category
- Approval required — every booking requires your manual approval, or you set automatic approval for pre-approved categories
- Likeness boundaries — what your avatar can say and do (defined in the Avatar Licence Agreement)
No brand can use your digital twin without your permission for each specific use case. The marketplace is not a rights transfer — it is a controlled licensing arrangement.
How to List Your Avatar
- Complete a training session in Vision Studio (approximately 2 hours — photographed references, voice samples, movement capture)
- Review and approve your generated avatar for accuracy
- Set your listing preferences: available categories, territories, pricing floor, approval settings
- Sign the Avatar Licence Agreement (your rights stay with you — VeyoLabs is the marketplace platform, not a rights owner)
- Your listing goes live
Brands can browse and submit booking requests immediately. You receive notifications for each request and approve or decline within 48 hours.
The Residual Model
Unlike a single commercial shoot where you are paid once and the brand owns the footage, Avatar Marketplace royalties are residual — you are paid every time the licensed content is used.
A television commercial booking: the brand pays the initial licence fee. If the commercial runs beyond the licensed period, a renewal fee triggers automatically and your royalty continues.
Your avatar gets more valuable over time as your reputation and brand recognition grow. The Marketplace tracks your booking history and makes it visible to brands — a proven booking track record increases your listing's attractiveness and the rates you can command.
This is the modelling career model, rebuilt without the agency's 20% cut, without the scheduling constraints, and without geographic limits.
